We endeavour to enable our youth to better themselves and improve on areas they feel needs developing, through our events and workshops we provide we make this possible. Here are a few of the workshops we offer:

You might be confused how certain workshops might help reduce mental stress, however many things can contribute to a crowded mind and learning how to strategically deal with everyday functions, can seriously lessen the feeling of an overwhelming sense of impending disaster. An organised person is a happy person.
